I'm scared I wont succeed because of my current status here in the United States. I have dreams, goals that I wish to accomplish. One of the dreams is to go to Dental School. Succeed in it and specialize. But i'm scared those dreams will never be obtained.

I will graduate HS with a 3.8 UW GPA. Because of my status here, I will mostly be going to CC for two years then transfer. But I fear that no matter how hard I will work in college. I will undoubtedly fail to get into Dental School.

I honestly don't know what to do. Can anyone here share success stories that relate to my situation, advise, and possibly just hope.
Enlightened me please.

Do you plan to go back to your home country to practice? If not, what is your plan? Hope for amnesty and citizenship?

I don't have a plan. And no I will not practice in my home country.
I'm simply lost , and have no idea where i'm going.

The easiest path would be to gain citizenship. Find out what options you have and work on that.
Betting on a free pass to citizenship is as dumb as someone making >200k/yr betting on unlimited government loan forgiveness after a decade or two of minimal payments. Neither are likely to end well.

Don't worry, columbia or Harvard will probably give you a full ride. They love illegals.

Your odds don't look that great unless you can find a citizen to marry or have the patience to go through the legal non-marriage route. Good luck.
That's not easy to do. You need to prove to government officials that the marriage is legit.

Becoming a citizen is easier said than done.

It's easier than getting into and paying for Dental school, and it's your only real option. Spend some time on the internt today to figure out what you have to do and get it done. Making excuses helps no one. Option B is to return to your home country and try to survive there. Which is harder now?

How could you go to HS with an illegal status?

This.

The House is looking to pass a bunch of legislation this session that will undo most of the work Obama has done on immigration, so you should really get your **** straightened out in whatever manner you can. You can't just stay in the country illegally indefinitely. Even if you managed to go to dental school, you'd basically be unable to obtain a license without a visa. You need to find a way to get your affairs in order, for your own safety and future.

Okay, anecdote time, but hopefully this helps. I know a guy who came here illegally, got married, went to community college for a dentistry-related field, then went to a 4 year school, and got into one of the most prestigious dental schools in the country. I think he also held a job almost that whole time. I know he has some good stories, but I can't make it sound anymore inspiring. It's not necessarily easy to do, and I don't think it's a recipe that guarantees success, but with a 3.8 unweighted GPA, it sounds like you're doing well so far. Good luck!
