Hey guys,
Just started internship at a lower-mid tier university program in IM and I'm considering a fellowship in either Rheum or ID. My step scores are pretty good and I intend to work hard during residency.. I guess my question is this - since I'm not a citizen should my goal be to work until I get a green card and then do fellowship or be done with my training and then think about a fellowship? I'm not exactly young so by the time I finish my IM residency I'll be in my 30's which sucks! Let me know what you think.
