Immunology before Pathology?

I was wondering if anybody thinks it's a good idea to read up on Immunology before studying for Pathology? Would Immuno knowledge help in Path, or is it better to just start Path first then go to Immuno? I've already read Anatomy and Physiology btw.

If you mean learn immuno before path, then yes absolutely. If you mean review immuno before learning/reviewing path, then no unless you are really bad at immuno. Most of the path I've learned so far has involved pretty basic and/or easy to understand immuno. If you've already learned immuno it's probably better to go straight to path and review specific immuno topics as necessary.
