Hi,

I'm just looking for some advice. I spent one year doing basic bench research, was involved with six or seven projects, and did not manage to get conclusive results from any of them. I feel that I never really worked above lab tech level--had a lot of trouble with critical thinking through problems, concentrating when reading papers an trying to apply what I read into my experiments. I really would like to have a career in research, but I'm not sure what I can do to improve with these issues. Any advice would be appreciated.
