Hi everyone, I need your help! Do you know whether or not we should put all our planned courses (ie. pre-reqs) on the aadsas app?

I have taken all pre-reqs except biochem and since I have already graduated I need to wait till next spring to take biochem in my undergraduate school. However, it seems some schools like NYU don't require biochem and I was wondering what if I get accepted to school like NYU which doesn't require biochem. Can I delete biochem later on Jan. during update period if I get accepted to school that doesn't require biochem? Do you think if it is bad to put biochem on my planned courses and then delete it later? Can you let me know, thanks.

I recommend not putting it on your planned courses list. Even if a school doesn't require biochem, anything you put on your planned list is expected to be taken and you must notify them if you drop it. For schools that require biochem, they will still interview you and accept you w/o having completed a few prereqs. In your acceptance letter though it will state which courses you have to complete to attain your admittance. I had an identical situation this cycle with 3 schools.
