They're still good questions. Very few things change and there are only so many ways you can ask about anesthesia facts.
The downside is that they don't have explanations. (One way to use them as a study tool is to write your own explanations to them - thiswill cement the concepts in your head forever.) As of a year ago when I was teaching residents I still used them all the time.
The online qbanks are probably better (but not free), and the ACE questions are excellent (also not free). I bet someone around you probably has past years' ACE booklets to share, or can print them off from the web portal.
