For Air Force residents, does our first IP contract suffice for all years of residency or do we need to resubmit another IP contract for each year of residency? After reading over the initial IP contract, it appears that we continue to get monthly IP till we renegotiate for higher IP (post-residency). So based off the contract, it appears that the first IP contract for residency ($8000 annual) should suffice for all years of residency till we graduate and wouldn't require another or second IP contract till graduating residency and requesting specialty Incentive Pay.

for the Navy. One IP contract for the entire residency. You don't need to resign until you IP pay tier changes.
