Income during Matriculation and Year 1

I was hoping that someone outh there could guide me with one concern. I will be matriculationg in to medical school very soon and I am hoping to maintain employment. I have a wife and son, therefore I need to hear ideas about how to recieve income and possibly gain clinical time. Any ideas?? Thanks everyone!
