As an international student, I'm curious as to what US med students read for their infectious diseases course. Google and Amazon aren't giving me much to work with, so I thought I'd ask here.

Micro Made Simple is great. Also, at my school we don't have an ID course per se, but take separate courses in Microbiology (composed of blocks in immunology, virology, bacteriology, and myco/parasitology) and Epidemiology (composed of blocks in Public Health, Preventive Medicine, and Biostatistics).
