I am really fortunate to have landed an initial phone interview at a dream R1 school in a Department of Psychology but I feel unsure about what types of questions are best suited/appropriate to ask during the initial interview vs. on-campus. For example, I see recommendations of asking them how they like working in the department, but I worry this could be construed as premature before being invited to an on-campus interview? Not sure. Any insight would be appreciated!
