Initials after a Nephrologist's Name

Hello, quick question: When a Nephrologist passes his/her nephro boards, what initials are placed after his/her name? (does it typically come before or after FACP?) thanks!

You don't get extra initials for passing your sub-specialty boards. Unless you're a nurse.

Just like number of allergies are inversely correlated with mental stability, such is the rule for extra initials & actual usefulness/education in medicine
Low self esteem combined w/ a huge chip on the shoulder --> Let's see how many useless initials I can get to make me feel worthwhile !!!

Passing Neph boards is a standard custom for any nephrologist here in the US.
Extra letters like FASN . FACP etc are given by physician organizations to praise people for specific achievements relevant to the profession or organization.
Hope someday we can elevate the level of intellectual discussions about nephrology
