Inputting grades in secondaries - use AMCAS grade or transcript grade?

I have received some A+'s in pre-reqs that have been changed to A's by AMCAS. For schools like Netter that ask you to put in your grades, should I be inputting AMCAS-verified grades of A or the transcript grades of A+?

I think you should list AMCAS grades, your GPA was calculated using those grades.
