Hey guys, I made an Instagram account dedicated to helping Pre-PT's! Trying to focus on 5-10 minute videos that go in-depth on topics, with Sunday's being open-ended Q&A's where I either answer the questions then or use the question to make a full video on the next week. Regular videos are released everyday M-Sa.
Hope this isn't too spammy, I just think it could be a big help for a lot of people!
