Some antineoplastic drugs (ie. alkylating agents) cross link DNA and some (ie. daunorubicin, doxorubicin, dactinomycin) intercalate DNA....

Whats the difference between Intercalation and Crosslinking?

cross link = well...just cross link DNA without inserting
