Interfolio and the letter request form

From my understanding the letter request form is simply for attaching the letter ID and applicant ID to a letter of recommendation correct? My letter writers have already uploaded their letters to Interfolio from when I applied to AMCAS the previous year. Interfolio allows me to include my applicant and letter ID along with my letter submission to AMCAS, so does this mean I do not have to include the letter request form via this method?

I believe so, yes. I think it is similar to the Transcript Request form. It's not mandatory, but it helps considerably to ensure both the letter writer is accurate as well as where they send it to.

I'm using Interfolio too (it seems too easy to be a part of AMCAS), but I believe you just create a delivery for the letters and send them to AMCAS using your AMCAS ID and their LoR ID.
