3 of my professors uploaded letters on Interfolio. I am trying to deliver the letters to AAMCOMAS. Everytime I click email documents, it asks for email address. Should I mail LOR or email?

I don't think you should deliver the letter to AACOMAS. you send LORs directly to the schools.

This. You don't send letters of rec to AACOMAS, it's not the same as the AMCAS application process. you only send the letters of rec to the individual schools that ask for them in the secondaries
