Interfolio LOR question

For those of you who are familiar with interfolio......I am using it to compile my LORs. I realized I did not have my letter writers put my AACOMAS ID in the letter itself. Will it be ok if I provide the AACOMAS ID in the email's subject title. Does anyone know if this will be accepted or does the letter itself need to have my ID????

The letters don't need the ID on it since many times you obtain letters before even getting an ID, but when you send it, you should put your ID on it.

I didn't put my AACOMAS ID on any of my letters last cycle and they sent fine. All the schools I applied to received them without issue.
