Interfolio Question on Uploading Documents (are they visible to Letter Writers?)

Hi guys,

I am using Interfolio to gather my LOR's. My question is, if I upload say my resume/CV, facts about me that can help them write the letter, awards, certifications, etc to my interfolio account... can my Letter Writers see them?

Basically I am asking if Interfolio is a document sharing site where my files can be accessed by my letter writers, or if I have to send all that info to them in an email/hand a physical copy to them of all that myself?
