Interfolio question - Sending LORs to places other than AMCAS/AACOMAS

I am applying to master's programs in a backup health science career just in case I don't get into med school.

For this, they want LORs to be sent to assorted email addresses instead of a centralized application service.

I specifically asked my LOR writers to use words like "health professional" instead of physician in their LORs so I could use the same ones for both. (…Was this a bad idea in retrospect?)

I don't want to bother my LOR writers to send their letters to this, that, and the next email address for the 7 of these master's programs I am applying to.

Does anyone know if I can use Interfolio for this and have Interfolio send the LORs to the emails? I am not allowed to see the letters of rec in any case.
