International Applicant to UNC

How often does UNC accept an applicant from outside the US? Their site demographics suggest last years class was all from the US. Anyone know? Is there any chance with a 4.0/40MCAT?

My information is that they interviewed 25 international applicants last year, but zero were accepted. There must be a chance, or they wouldn't waste their time interviewing. Why not call the admissions office and ask?
