Many of you may be interested in an exciting internship opportunity in Ghana to screen for operable cataracts, coordinate the sight-restoring cataract surgeries, prescribe eyeglasses, and educate Ghanaians about the prevention of trachoma, river blindness, and vitamin A deficiency.

Is this a volunteer position, or a paying internship. I am interested in it, but i am an married independent student who has to work and go to school at the same time so vacation time is when i can do some real work to save up for school and provide for my family. Hence i really cant afford extensive volunteer work so the only way i could do this is if it were a paying position.
