Interpretation of NBME practice test score

Thanks so much for all your help, advice, and suggestions on this board. I just took the NBME practice test at the Prometric center and scored 102/150 (68%). Does anyone know how this translates? On NBME 2 I scored a 490 (216) which is about where I want to be. I looked on medfriends.com and that translates to a 207 which kind of makes sense. If anyone has any further resources or help with this that would be great!

P.S. Does anyone have strategies on dealing with the monitor flicker?

The screen freaked me out for the first 10 minutes, but then I got used to it. Advil is a good idea in any case, along with antacids, immodium, etc. I figure you can't be too prepared on a day as important as this. Only ended up using the advil.
