Interview e-mail invites that end up in junk mail

So,

I use yahoo and I usually get 50/75 letters in my junk mail per day. I usually delete it with a quick glance without thinking about it.

However, today I noticed a letter from Nan Aguero. I opened it and it was an invite for an interview at ASDOH! I am very excited, but now my question is this:

Has anyone here ever accidentally deleted an interview invite too? And has anyone actually done it before? Now i'm scared that i've accidentally one in the past before 😱😳🙁. Was curious if you did, if they re-send it after x amount of time or anything like that?

My interview invite for UTDB at Houston went in to my junkmail. I never look at my junkmail. They called me a week before my interview and asked if I was still interested in their school because they had sent me an interview invite and I never replied. I was like heck yah I'm interested (I'm from Houston). Turns out it went into my junk mail. It was a close call. I'm so glad that they took the time to call me about it or else I would have never known.

Wow. That's crazy. I looked in my junkmail and I actually had an email from ASDOH saying that my app was complete (but didn't mention an interview🙁 ) Thanks for the heads up and congrats on the interviews.

Wow very lucky for you that they scheduled it...it's very scary with the e-mails that tell you about the interview and ask you to schedule it that go in the junk mail...those are the ones that are freaking me out now...I might call all the schools I think that I had a good chance at now...sucks though because some of those schools don't allow students to call or e-mail 🙁

That's why I check both my inbox and spam e-mails frequently. Make sure to check your spam e-mails carefully since it might happen again. Anyway, good luck on your interview!

I had not heard anything from ASDOH so I decided to give them a call.Low and behold my status was " invite for Interview" They had to resend me the email and I got it. The first time it went to my junk mail. Super lucky

This is why I made a another account just for AADSAS, although it's annoying that I have to check 2 email accounts almost everyday..

You know, that actually is really smart....that way whenever I see anything in the inbox I know for a fact it is from a dental school.
