A thought....
I'm an intern....last year while interviewing, I very frequently referred to notes while interviewing to make sure all my questions were answered....didn't seem to be a big deal.
Last month I was doing an elective; the physician I was working as interviewing a fellowship applicant. After the interview, he made comment to me that he thought it was inappropriate for the applicant to keep referring to his notes for questions. He said it appeared as if the applicant did not prepare for the interview.
Just thought I would share....
