My university wants me to interview with their health professions committee before they'll write me a letter for med school. Looks like I interview with 1 person. Does that person write the letter or provides feedback to the committee who (someone there?) then writes a combined letter - anyone know how these things typically work? I imagine it's the same/similar at your school? Previously, my profs wrote LORs to the committee. I guess the committee combines those letters + interview and writes a composite letter?
Also what kind of questions do they typically ask in the committee interview? Is this a mock interview of sorts? Do I dress up? Shine my shoes? 🙂
