I heard most schools conclude giving out interview invitations by January 31.
Do applicants still often get invited for interview in February and March as well?
When's typically the last chance for interview invitations?

Varies a lot based on the school. I've heard of schools giving out interviews in march though.

It is possible. I have an interview schedule at Case Western in February! Didn't get my invite until mid December

yes for march for some schools.
i would say march, i would call it quits and prepare for next cycle

So basically if you don't hear anything by February you are done.

Schools do give interviews in February to fill up the empty seats from post-december 1st.

Honestly I'd say if you haven't gotten interviews by end of feb/ first week march, to prepare for reapplying. Hoping you get some good news your way.
