When are the majority of interview invites actually sent out? Do schools send out a bulk of their interview invites during a particular month or are their pretty evenly given out through the whole process?

I'd guess Sept/Oct, though a good amount have already been sent out.

Depends on the school.

Some schools interview until April... Other schools only interview until early December. Also, different schools have different pacing (U Mich has already extended out 1/2 of their available II's!).

I def wouldn't say that they are "evenly given out through the whole process".
