I fortunately landed on two II this cycle.
First one coming up in two weeks (MMI) and next one(traditional) in February.

I'm an ESL and a shy person and I'm super nervous about my interviews.
I don't have great stats either so I'm not sure how I got these interviews but I need to go above and beyond on these interviews.

I decided I would rather pay for the interview prep service fees than bombing the interview and having to reapply next year.
Anyone has recommendations or experiences with them?

Thank you so much!!

There is a specific forum on SDN devoted to admission and advising services where you might have more luck. In general the SDN pre-med crowd tends to be more DIY based on information that is shared here, so I doubt you'll find a lot of people with first hand recommendations or experiences to share. Other than the forum, if it were me, I'd just search the web, YouTube, etc. and look for reviews and information there. Good luck!!!

I used Big Interview a bit to practice for my interviews this cycle. I was able to access it through my institution, so check if you have access to this or a similar service (if you're a current student)! Big Interview helped a ton with generic training: I was able to record my answers to generic interview questions, and the program used AI to give feedback on eye movement, stutters/pauses, tone of voice, etc.. I suggest doing some research before you purchase a subscription to any interview prep, but I agree that YouTube and other web resources could help just as much. Good luck!
