How would you answer this question?
 
Utilizing the search function would land you more than plenty of answers. And it takes a level of effort to make this answer unique to yourself, instead of memorizing what others have to say.

Agreed. It's probably a good idea to brush up on this, although I was never asked this question on my interviews so far.

If asked this, I plan to work the "access to care" issue into the mix, and support it with the need to be careful moving forward in how we solve it. Dental therapists could be good if done right, but if done improperly could hurt the profession. Similarly, new dental schools like UNE are opening with the intention of providing dentists to underserved communities, but we don't want to pump out too many dentists, because too much of a good thing can hurt the profession as well.
