If you can think of something that is a weakness of yours but still comes off as something positive that would be ideal. You never want to say negative things about yourself, even if they ask for some. For example, I got asked that question at an interview, and I said that I can be a perfectionist at times which, on some occasions, tends to slow me down. Most premeds also tend to work excessively hard that sometimes they forget about other things in life. So try and pick things that are actually positive but that can also be viewed as "negative."

in job interviews i say that i am a great multitasker, but sometimes I can over extend myself or some jazz. but that perfectionist thing i will have to use sometime.

Since none of us know you or your weanesses maybe you should go ask a few people you know that don't like you what they think of you. I am sure you'll get all kinds of ammo to answer that kind of question. An ex boyfriend or girlfriend is always a good source  :meanie: I am glad they didn't ask me that one becuz I have no weaknesses.

Static line is right. My inquiry into myself was brutal but I put a positive spin on the weaknesses. I never thought my friends and family would be THAT open to give their opinions about my weaknesses.

One of weaknesses is coming from a smaller community and area, I lack cultural diversity. I have made every attempt to expose myself to different cultures in my area. If I had an opportunity to go do mission work, I would. The main key here is to give a weakness but say something positive at the end. Provide a weakness but say how you have attempted to change it or learn from it.
