I interviewed with Chatham this year, here are some of the questions I was asked:
- What is OT
- What was something you experienced during your observation hours that made you want to become an OT
- Why Chatham
- What are your strengths and how are they able to help you as an OT
- What are your weaknesses and how will they affect your ability as an OT -- How do you work to improve upon these weaknesses?
My tip would be to be yourself, be confident and remember that those interviewers were in your seat once and they are regular people just like you are.
