I committed a DO interview cardinal sin (which was totally my fault).

An MD talked about how he loved his students and how the school's atmosphere felt so different from his allopathic training, and I was like, "yeah that's why i only applied to DO schools." And then I lightly touched on how I felt some MD students had soured me on allopathic schools. I obviously trashed MDs.., in front of an MD.... I cringed so hard after walking out of that interview. My intention was to note that the DO students I knew were some of the most humble kids I knew whereas some of the MD students that I knew could be really arrogant. Fundamentally though, it wasn't that I held animosity. In fact, all of my close friends are MD students. But i was trying to note how I really hated the gunner attitude and it came out all wrong. I was just trying to make it DO relevant ;_;

Thankfully, that gaffe wasn't disqualifying because I ended up with an acceptance.
