Interviews make me nervous, but overall I agree on the fun part.
I was surprised to see such a post from Damota so I had to read
it. You're not the type to post junk like "I got a B+ in biochemistry, am I doomed?"
GOod luck Mota and get some sleep - -best part of interview preparation. Lots of sleep the nite before and an excuse to get away from the work for awhile = awesome.

Don't worry Dr. Mota. We're here for you. Wear a pink shirt (show feminine sensitivity) and a black suit (professional). You can carry on a garment bag so it won't get wrinkled. Make sure you know your research inside and out. Be prepared with witty remarks that showcase your knowledge of current events and medical ethics.
