DrGirl raised an interesting point in her recent post: some interviewers haven't read my application at all, some have obviously reviewed the entire document, and some seem in-between.
I understand and agree with the idea of "blind" interviews, in which the interviewer has no prior knowledge of the applicant. However, most of my interviewers who hadn't read my appy were either doing so as we spoke or had it in front of them.
Just an observation. Anyone seen Northwestern?
