I took the MCAT three times, going from 29->30->29. Applied all MD/PhD, and got 4 interviews so far. I'm a NY resident(not URM), but it doesn't matter in my case because I'm applying MSTP. 4 interviews so far with completion around 10/12 from SUNY Upstate, Buffalo, UMinnesota-Twin Cities and AECOM. I guess I'm not doing so bad?

29 in April 06 and then a 32 in August 06. Got interviews first year at UT Houston, UT San Antonio. This year at Tech, A&M, and UTMB Galveston. App was processed this year 8/15 and did my interviews in October. Got in at UTMB this year. And my GPA at UT Austin was about a 3.68.

I applied to three schools last year as an international student with 28, 3.6. I also wrote the August MCAT so my scores weren't released until mid-October. Of the three, I had two acceptances (Jefferson and AZCOM) and one wait list (Dartmouth). Congrats to everyone so far and if you are at Jeff next fall maybe I'll see you around! PS. I deferred since I was waiting for my GC, which arrived in September...yay!! 🙂
