The day that my last LoR came into ERAS, I got my first invite. I have everything except for my transcript and MSPE, both of which I can't really control. I submitted on Sept 1st, file was complete with letters on Sept 10th.

Yes, all my stuff, including my LORs, was in before I got my first invite. I submitted before one of my letters had been turned in and heard from one of my programs that they would not offer an interview before my file was complete, but it didn't matter as my last LOR was turned in shortly thereafter.

No, I am still missing one LOR and my MSPE. I had all of the other documents though. My USMLE transcript only has step 1 because I am still waiting on my step 2 scores.

Glad I found this forum! I applied on 9/1/09 and have only gotten one interview in Grand Rapids, MI of the 28 programs I applied to. I was starting to freak out since all of my friends doing different specialties are getting a lot of interview offers. It looks like no one else has gotten interviews from any of the programs I applied to. Keep posting!
