okay, so i have to take intro chem 1 and 2 over 2 summer sessions this summer. i will be taking them at suny stonybrook and was curious: do you have to take the lab with them? it requires seperate registration but i was wondering if the pre-med requirement requires the lab to be taken, if it doesnt i dont see a point in taking it. i took intro bio and the lab was virtually pointless. please fill me in. thanks

Yes! Take the lab!!!! It is required and if you don't take it now, you will be miserable trying to do it later.

I didn't take the lab for intro physics in my undergrad, and am now doing it at a community college. It's 1. impossible to find another school that offers the lab separately, and 2. a pain in the ass to take the lab alone.

thanks for the info!! 😀
