There are 2 types of inversion tables : those where you hang by the feet AND those where you hang by the hips.
On the type where you hang by the feet, does that help or hurt bad knees with a torn medial meniscu cartilage. Does it stress or help the ankles?
I am assuming that the type of inversion table where you hang by the hips would have NO effect on the knees or ankles. Is that correct?
