Has anybody heard of the IOMC 2009 conference?

Just wondering in terms of its reputation (e.g. is it some kind of scam?). How do they host a conference online?

Nope its not a scam. The criteria is rigid and a lot of reviewing goes on before the papers are selected. You will receive a online book of Proceedings after the conference is over. I believe it has its own ISBN number as well.

They use a couple of softwares to host the event, its mostly meeting online softwares and not a chatroom.
