At risk of sounding stupid...what exactly *is* the land grant mission of Iowa State University? I have found their mission: "

Our Mission​

Iowa State University will create, share, and apply knowledge to make our students, Iowa, and the world better."

Is it the same thing? Thanks

Last cycle the prompt was “As an AVMA accredited institution, Iowa State University shares this goal and seeks to contribute to an environment where all people are valued, appreciated, and respected. In your statement, please indicate how your experiences, activities and academic work demonstrate your ability and desire to contribute to an environment consistent with these goals.”

I assume this kind of aligns with their mission statement so I revised my past answer and focused on the “education to all” mission. I think the mission you quoted could speak to that as well
