I received an email last week from the financial aid office that they will be increasing tuition by just over 5% this year. Not a game changer, but this might be useful information for those applying this cycle.

5% increase is pretty standard for the industry. Most schools increase between 3-7% annually.

Is the price ever gonnna reach a max? Or not until people opt to not attend dental schools cause of the price

As always... dang...
They really do gotta stop with the tuition increase scheme, it's just not making sense

Well it's probably going up partially due to inflation...but 5% is a LOT. Also I wish they froze the tuition at a specific rate for first year students

I wish they kept the tuition at the cost they present to you when you accept their offer of attendance for all 4 years. But no, each year the price goes up like clockwork.

All of the Iowa schools are being defunded, so other public schools in iowa are also going up. The state cut a lot of money.

But, Kirk Ferentz will still get his 5million, so don't worry!
