Iowa:
- Better patient pool (I believe they're ranked pretty high in their clinical training)
Pitt:
- About $15,000 cheaper per year (assuming you're OSS for both)
- Better campus life (more things to do in Pitt than in Iowa and their campus is larger)
- Pitt is right in the medical center which means your rotations aren't going to be really far away, this also allows for better access to different fields and to network with them.
Same:
- Class Size
- Both offer all ADA residencies
I would choose Pitt over Iowa, I wouldn't want to pay more slightly better clinical training. Also, there isn't anything to do in Iowa....
