Technology iPhone & iPod Touch Apps

I am thinking about getting an iPod Touch (and maybe an iPhone later, when I can afford the monthly plan). How useful would the iPod touch be during med school?

Also, anyone know of some useful Apps (for medicine). I'd like to make a list to share with other students.

Useless in MSI-II. I love my iphone now. It helped a lot through MSIII-IV. Medscape, Skyscape, Epocrates, Pepid, Medical Spanish all have been useful.
