IR then Interventional Pain?

Doing IR fellowship next year. My ideal job would be to join a high end IR practice where I do variety of IR procedures but be the go to pain specialist and build that up clinically.

Thinking of applying for pain fellowship to do after IR fellowship. Crazy idea? Smart move?
