I have always hated blazers/suit coats, ever since I was a kid. They restrict my gestures and I feel uncomfortable. If I have a 1 on 1 traditional interview, can I just take it off before I get seated?

Wear one during the interview day. Feel free to take it off during interviews. Be polite about it (since it will automatically bring down the formal tone of the interaction) and no one will care.

However, if you are going to have giant sweat marks on your armpits, you might just opt to keep it on if you do a lot of arm movement while communicating. It can get hot in suits!

Wear a suit and tie and leave it on. Why take the risk of being dinged over such a small thing? Until you're a rock star, don't try to bend the rules to suit your needs.

I hate paying money for secondaries, but I still had to do it

edit: there will be many things in this process that you may not enjoy, but it's part of the deal. Don't take your suit jacket off.

Suit, not a blazer; leave it on. Wear a tie and nice shoes with matching belt.

What kind of gestures do you see yourself making in an interview that would be restricted by a suit jacket?
