Is December too late for MD secondary?

Hi! I applied to University of Miami (Miller School of Medicine) in October and didn't receive a secondary till now. I was wondering if it's too late to submit a secondary even though the deadline is a month away. Am I wasting money and time? If it helps, it is rolling admission. Thanks!
