You can do a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. I also think you can get a MPH in Gerontology.
 
that's it. I never see it listed as primary care but it seems it should be.

Someone already mentioned it; 3 year fellowship through IM. Another good thing about geriatrics is that people are starting to realize the patients are outnumbering those trained in the field so there is talk of helping to pay off loans for those who go into the area!
 
I've heard many consider it primary care. Props to anyone that goes into that..I don't think I could deal with it. I found myself bitter about the gomers in the ER after about a week.
