Is it a bad sign if you did not receive a decision yet for your early decision interview?

Had an interview about a week and a half ago, still waiting. Do they release decisions on the week of the 20th?

You are fine. I would give it a month before becoming worried.

But I applied early decision. I see others here are already getting acceptances from their schools-on the day of interview, 15 mins after, a day after, two days after, and even their moms and dogs are getting in before I even have a decision status. I’m really starting to worry it’s a bad sign no? My interview was on the 3rd btw(which I thought went extremely well).

some adcoms are faster then the others...if you didn't get in they would let you know as well, so its not like they are ignoring you because they don't want to tell you bad news. i think they are just slow...i got an ED acceptance letter last week, but my PharmCas still isn't changed...unfortunately, you can only wait...only a few days left though 🙂

Exactly where on PharmCas does it indicated whether you have been accepted or not?

Well, under submit application, where there is information about the school you applied to it says "early decision verdict date 10/21/2017"
I think that's where it should be updated because that's what the admissions told me during the interview...but again, mine didn't change after the acceptance letter, so I'm not sure if pharmcas will show anything...

Okay, thanks. My interview was just Friday. I was hoping to hear something today.

Oh, noooo...they are NOT that fast! Lol the adcom will probably get together on Tuesday/Wednesday of this week and talk it over and over ...and over...and then the pile of all the accepted students will go to another employee who has to make up the forms and letters and so on...I heard back after a week via the email ( and it is because that person was very helpful and understanding). Didn't get official letter until about 2-2.5 weeks after the interview day

It was early decision so they have to tell us one way or the other by Friday, right? That's why I was expecting something faster.

My PharmCAS hasn't been updated, but I've been getting emails from the school throughout the whole process.

I think all schools are required to give a verdict by the 20th since that's the ED deadline.

I received the email on Tuesday. I got accepted. I've checked PharmCAS and there has been no change there.

I got responses from 2 schools I interviewed one week to a week and a half later. If other students you interviewed with already got letters of acceptance, I would call the school and see what your status is.
