is it a good idea to do usmlerx in last month?

i have already done with uw (2months ,just one times all qs and half of wrong qs with avg of 66%-unused qs only) and i wanted to go for one month extension of uw subscription but i dont know why their website was not accepting my credit card and i could extend my uw,and then i bought 1 month usmle rx qbank,i have heard that its quite easy compare to uw so is it a good idea to do Rx in last month,i did uswa form 1 with a miserable score of 210(3 weeks before ,half of uw done,and once DIT),so guys what do u think reinforcing the concepts from fa in form of usmlerx is good? is it possible to score 230 plus for me if i go through 2 more times fa and usmle rx once plus my uw qbank notes(80 pages notes)...
any suggestion will be highly appreciated, and btw after reading this u must have realised that i m an IMG(just graduated and ck passed)
