So I have no interest in the classes I'm currently in and have been slacking off and focusing most my time on ECs and the MCAT. The main problem is I did really bad one semester at the start of college and mediocre the next. Is it a red flag that I fell off toward the end? I'm in one science class that I have an A in but Spanish and another elective are destroying me. Does this show I'm not well-rounded?

Semester 1: 3.86 (lot of high school level classes here as pre-reqs to take college-level)
Semester 2: 2.73 (C in intro bio --which I retook later for an A --- and a C+ gen chem lab)
Semester 3: 3.41 (B/B+s in prereqs gen chem/intro bio2)
Semester 4: 4.0 (15 science credits)
Semester 5: 4.0 (10 science credits)
Semester 6: 4.0 (11 science credits)
Semester 7: 4.0 (8 science credits)
Semester 8 (current)

Looking at a 3.69-3.70ish cumulative GPA.
During all semesters I was full time (one semester 12 credits others 15-16)
Overall you have done well. Should be a non issue.

It's worrisome. I mean there's such a thing as spring fever, but it does raise an eyebrow as to how you will handle medical school, which will be a lot harder.

What happens when you have no interest in classes in medical school?
